Agreement Scope
These terms govern all export transactions between Mannu-G International and the Buyer for PET jars, biscuits, and cookies.
- Applicable to all export orders
- Supersedes previous agreements
- Governed by Indian law
Acceptance
Order acceptance occurs upon our written confirmation or commencement of production.
Order Validity
Quotations are valid for 30 days from date of issue.
- 30-day quotation validity
- Price revisions after expiry
- Order confirmation required
Order Cancellation
Cancellation charges apply based on production stage.
Pricing & Payment Terms

All prices are quoted in US Dollars (USD) unless otherwise specified.
Payment Methods
We accept various secure payment methods for international transactions.
Payment Schedule
Structured payment terms for order security and cash flow management.
Late Payment
Delayed payments incur charges and may affect order processing.
2% monthly interest on overdue amounts
Production/shipment halted for overdue payments
Legal action for payments overdue >90 days

EXW (Ex Works)
Our Standard Terms: Goods available at our factory/warehouse.
Seller's Responsibilities:
- Make goods available at premises
- Provide commercial invoice
- Provide packing list
Buyer's Responsibilities:
- All transportation costs
- Export/import clearance
- Insurance coverage
- All risks after collection
FOB (Free On Board)
Available upon request with additional charges.
Key Points:
- Seller loads goods on vessel
- Risk transfers at ship's rail
- Buyer arranges main carriage
- Additional 8-12% cost premium
Shipping Methods

Order Processing
3-5 working days after payment confirmation

10-15 working days (standard orders)
